For those of your who are moving or keeping up with the POT transfers to Mistrendur, Elgarion has posted that they have implemented a new rule:

Some verrrrrrry eager folks out there have made us realize a new rule is required. Everyone who’s read the Mistrendur land rush announcement knows we’re migrating away from needing geographical proximity to request an interconnect between towns, but we’ve recently had a few form unlock vouchers come in with a very large amount of interconnect requests ahead of the land rush.

Each interconnect takes significant time to process along with the other changes required on the form. Until the land rush is over, we’ve established this limitation on POT vouchers.

– Player Owned Town Submission Form Unlock Voucher (digital): This voucher only includes 3 interconnect change requests. If more interconnect changes are required, please utilize an additional Player Owned Town Submission Form Unlock Voucher in conjunction with this voucher.

– Player Owned Town Transfer Voucher (digital): This voucher only includes 3 interconnect change requests. If more interconnect changes are required, please utilize a Player Owned Town Submission Form Unlock Voucher in conjunction with this voucher. 

The purchase forms for these vouchers have been updated appropriately.

We’ll evaluate the choice of “3” after the land rush is complete, which could then at that point increased. And with other plans for player teleportation options coming down the pipeline, this will become less of a concern.

For existing and unused unlock or transfer vouchers, we’re enforcing a rule of 8 maximum interconnect changes, now that the proximity requirements are no longer in place.

Completion of POT change request vouchers might be delayed during the land rush selection and placement cycle, but we’ll process them as quickly as we can.
